About: Dr G Horton's Practice

Woke up in the morning found a lump in my breast. Called the surgery and although they were out of morning appointments the receptionist advised me to use the online service as the doctor would call me back and may be able to see me that day.

I used the online service and was called back within the hour. Spoke to the doctor who asked a few simple questions and then asked me to come into the surgery so he could examine me at 10:45 only 45 mins later.

Everyone is spoke to was professional and reassuring. GP referred me straight away to the hospital but reassured me as much as possible.

I've used the online service twice in the past 6 months and both times the service has been quick and professional.
