"Amazing service!"

Linda came out to install my community alarm. I was rather anxious and she made me feel completely at ease, I had been putting off getting a community alarm for a few reasons, one of them being that when I had one a few years ago you needed a phone line. But I was amazed to hear you now no longer require one. Another reason was I am a young adult and want to try keep as independent as possible. But due to health conditions and also Autism and mental health issues as well as living alone I felt it was maybe best for my own safety. 

I was happy to see the system has been improved and the wrist pendant is a lot more comfortable to wear! As I found issues with the old pendants not being as comfortable. 

Linda was fantastic! Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with any worries I had. She was lovely to chat to. And I can’t thank her enough. This service will help keep me safe living independently with the comfort knowing I can press the pendant for help when needed. And that there is someone always there should I require assistance. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed and I’m extremely grateful for this vital service to help me live as independently as possible!
