"The care was simply 10 out of 10"

About: Musgrave Park Hospital / Ward 4A

(as the patient),

I would start my journey 7+ years ago being put on the NHS waiting list, which is no reflection on the wonderful staff at Musgrave Hospital. 

When I first had my consultation with Mr Mockford he immediately put me at rest with his very calm demeanour, explaining the whole process of my operation.

From the moment I arrived at reception and onto the morning of my operation, the full support team pre and post operative care was simply 10 out of 10. 

I wish I could mention all the staff at each point of my journey, because they all deserve a mention. 

I would like to state my gratitude from them all!

Thank you for the well deserved positive comments you have made regarding your surgeon, Mr Mockford. Mr Mockford and the the team you have highlighted provide high quality surgical care and follow-up. I am genuinely pleased that you experienced high quality professional care from all staff involved. This is exactly what the staff come to work (every day) to provide. Please do not underestimate the morale boost that positive feedback such as this provides for the team.
