Yes I also had issues in the past but recently, Oakwood surgery is deffo trying to raise it's standards from booking the appointments to getting a great service from all doctors and nurses. Loved my two appointments with Nurse Anusha. She was very calm and supportive, helped me, guided me and made sure everything was done thoroughly. Thank you Anusha
