"She made me feel at ease"

About: NHS 24 / Breathing Space (Phoneline)

(as a service user),

The staff at breathing space are amazing especially one member that stands out for me was called Ann-marie. She made me feel at ease and I got her twice, she remembered who I was but didn't push. Open ended questions to keep the conversation going at my pace.
