"The amazing care"

About: Western General Hospital / Renal Dialysis Unit

(as the patient),

Every single time I’m on dialysis, which anyone in it will know is a part time job the amount it effects your life, the staff are more than attentive, helpful, friendly and overall just brilliant! I’m not without being problematic, in my opinion, for them, my blood pressure goes nuts at times, there’s barely a time i don’t need to call for assistance, and every time, they are happy to help, and i don’t just mean “doing their job”, the are brilliant! They are short staffed, and even i can see that, but it never effects how they act or what they do, business as usual is always doing everything they can for the patient, ive been to other places and felt like a number! Not here!
