"Trip to the paediatric ward"

Had open pass for paeds for my little girl. She hadn’t been very well over the weekend, went back in on the Monday and got seen by Laura Ann she was a trainee advanced practitioner. She was so helpful, calm, empathic, compassionate and enthusiastic about her job. The care she gave myself and my daughter was outstanding. She explained everything thoroughly and checked my daughter over thoroughly. She explained why these things could be happen and what could happen next. She was a fountain of knowledge and a true asset to the trust. I felt really reassured and content in what to expect and got given worsening advice.
