"Dementia Action Week 2025"

Thank you to St Clements and Teams for hosting the two dementia awareness events held on the 23rd May. From the provision of useful information and support held at the surgery and the virtual experience outside of the Guildhall, both experiences provided an essential insight and understanding of living with dementia and how to access the various supporting bodies available. Very beneficial on all levels and very much appreciated.
