About: Princess of Wales Community Hospital / Cottage Ward

(as a relative),

Admitted to Cottage Ward at Princess of Wales Bromsgrove hospital after two week in Worcester Royal with extreme confusion and delusion and two seizures.

Condition deteriorated after a few days in cottage ward and became seriously unwell. 

Very strong antibiotics were given and recovery started about a week after.

We are sorry to hear you were unwell and that it took a while to make you well again.

We do aim to keep patients on the ward and treat where we can to reduce sending back to the acute hospital.

We are glad to hear your recovery went well and you became stronger to continue your rehabilitation on Cottage ward.

Please let us know how your rehabilitation went and and that you continue to be stronger every day.
