(as a service user),

Today I had my 1st session of block 4 of speech and language therapy in villa 2 with Claire. Claire is extremely gentle but encouraging with her approach she gives me the best colouring pages and stickers when I have all my work done. My speech has seen a big improvement from I have started to attend villa 2 with Claire and Inca. Thank you girls!!!

Claire will be so pleased to hear that you are enjoying your sessions. I am Claire's manager and it makes me really happy to know that you feel Claire is kind and encouraging when you are doing your work.It makes it easier to learn new things when you feel relaxed and happy.

I will let Inca know as well about how your speech has improved and she will be delighted.

I hope that your speech gets better and better and that you keep enjoying your visits to Villa 2 speech and language therapy.
