I was recently admitted to Hollybank Unit for a minor surgical procedure. Everyone I met from admission, through surgery in the theatre, recovery and finally discharge could not have move welcoming, caring or helpful. The whole day was extremely well organised and efficient.
Each member of staff explained clearly what would happen at each stage of my treatment.
My property was well taken care of and every room was spotlessly clean.
Thank you very much to all the staff on Hollybank for their kind care and attention.
