"Fabulous Patient Focus"

So pleased to have registered with the Kiltearn Practice. The practice is really focused patient accessibility. Still able to make appointments via the telephone with ease, not being forced down an e-consult route only. I was able to book an appointment with a Doctor at a time in the future that was convenient for me after being given several options. The staff are all friendly and really focused on making your experience not only efficient but also pleasurable. The Doctora appointment wasn’t rushed and was keen to listen and came up with a great action plan. The practice is a breath of fresh air compared to my last Doctors. Well done Kiltearn!!
