"I owe a debt of gratitude to him"

About: HMP Bullingdon / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I have been using the services that Inclusion offer for over 10 years, they have always acted professionally and compassionately.

I suffer with addiction issues and have relapsed a few times.

When I first got released from a life sentence they helped me get into rehab, at first most of the rehabs refused me, but they never gave up and believed in me.

Today and I am soon to be released again, I owe a debt of gratitude to Simon, my key worker, he has a deep understanding of my recovery and has always encouraged me to keep going. He has helped me work through some of the issues I have had, i.e relationships, emotional management, relapse prevention and much more.

I would recommend him and Inclusions services to anyone coming into recovery within prison
