"Seen quickly at A&E"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as other),

I brought my girlfriend to A+E at Glasgow Royal Infirmary in mid-May and received great care from all the staff. We were triaged almost right away and then shortly moved to a private booth.

From arrival to discharge took around 4 hours and the staff were great throughout. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seen, especially on a Saturday afternoon.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Glasgow Royal Infirmary’s A+E. We’re really glad to hear that you and your girlfriend received prompt and attentive care, especially during a busy time like a Saturday afternoon. Our team works hard to ensure patients are treated with compassion and efficiency, and it’s wonderful to know this was reflected in your visit. Wishing your girlfriend a smooth and speedy recovery
