I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care we received at Epsom Hospital's A&E department. In particular, I would like to thank, more than words can express, the incredible triage nurse, Joe.

Joe provided outstanding support and compassion during what was a very distressing time for my brother, who was suffering from severe anxiety. We had to make a second visit due to his condition, and Joe’s care made all the difference. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring, never once making us feel like we were a burden or wasting anyone’s time.

His wise counsel and empathy had a profound impact on my brother’s mental state. Joe’s professionalism combined with his humanity is something we won’t forget, and we are truly grateful.
