"Made me feel at ease during a stressful time"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Same Day Urgent Care Centre (SDUCC)

(as a service user),

Sent to urgent care by GP for suspected PE. Staff were very attentive, kind and compassionate. I was due to go on vacation that evening and staff went above and beyond to ensure all tests were completed and I was safe to travel. Nadine HCSW and Steph ANP in particular were amazing and made me feel at ease during a very stressful time. I cannot commend the team enough for giving me such a positive experience. Thank you.
