This was my second follow up visit to being on Prep. From my very first visit to the clinic, I have always felt welcome, with no judgement. All the staff you come into contact with kind, caring and confidential. They listen carefully and even get a hug when things are a bit emotional. They understand that at times some things in life are difficult.
The service is very professionally delivered, everything is fully explained and you can ask anything you feel necessary. You are never felt rushed.
Well done everyone, a fantastic service to our community.
