"My mum's experience"

Unfortunately my mum was taken into hospital after several falls.  Whilst in the care of County Hospital Stafford, it came apparent that mum had developed some cognitive issues, with the help of the team and in particular Richard, who is part of the team at the Dementia Liaison Team at County Hospital, my mum is now being assessed for the right care that she needs.

The help and communication was excellent and I was kept informed at all times on my mum's condition.  Although a very trying time for myself and the family, I could not fault the help and assistant I have had.

Generally people will always remember the bad experiences and sometimes the good experiences get overlooked.  So a very big thank you to Richard and the team.
