"Excellent member of staff"

My mum was being treated in resus for a cardiac condition. The particular procedure she was getting was scary for her and Lauren (clinical sister)  made sure mum was comfortable, supported and understood exactly what was happening. Lauren was friendly, respectful and despite the department being visibly snowed under, she made mum feel like she was her only patient and had her health needs as a priority. This was all being done with a big smile on her face. I can’t thank the staff enough for the swift care provided.
