A doctor was supposed to contact my husband today regarding a DVT diagnosis. Nothing heard all day his leg was very swollen and discoloured. Tried the surgery at 17.55 only to be taken placed on hold until everyone had gone home. I hung up after 25 minutes. Not acceptable.
