BrigRoyd Surgery is forward thinking in ways to benefit the people it serves.
To phase out phoning early morning to get an appointment slot is genius to my way of thinking.
It's outdated and inconvenient for most people.
As most people have a mobile phone or tablet (in my case only a phone) it's so simple to access the surgery and type who or what you require and get a reply within 24/48 hours.
Definitely the way forward.
If there are patients who for any reason can't access the new service from July 1, help will be available. No one will be left without medical help.

The new changes to our appointment system on 1 July will mean that our patients will benefit from improved continuity of care with shorter waiting times.
