"Incorrect Information "

I received a text regarding a Health Check Apt in February upon trying to get an appointment I had to wait until May to receive one.

I attended my appointment to be told I wasn’t booked in for that and the blood doctor had left for the day! Instead the system had me down for an asthma review which I had had the month previous. The lady I spoke to said you only had a health check in Nov 24 and then said well you only have these every 5 years! I am not aware how often you have these as it was my first one last year therefore I would be grateful for any correct advice here as I have been informed they are every year ?

I was really annoyed at my waste of journey and luckily had made my appointment out of work hours. I work full time and where ever possible I try to do this , if I had taken time off work for this I would have been furious as this unorganized service just isn’t good enough.

I really don’t like to leave such a negative review but the whole experience was a shambles . 😟
