Like others, I have experienced frustration getting appointments. Having said that, I have been under the care of one particular Dr for the last couple of months and she has been amazing. I’ve found her professional, informative, compassionate and extremely efficient. She’s been absolutely brilliant. I’d also like to give a shout out to one of the receptionists who went beyond the call of duty to help me obtain a prescription that was out of stock in many local pharmacies. She was very empathetic and delayed going home until she had helped me obtain the right product. Gold standard of healthcare. Thank you very much. It’s genuinely appreciated.
