Called earlier regarding some backs pain. The lovely lady was extremely sympathetic and offered an appointment tomorrow for a first contact practitioner service. I have dealt with many colleagues of this surgery having been a patient for 21 years and this was the most positive experience I have had . Credit to her for the manner in which she spoke.
