(as a service user),

Writing on behalf of my Nan as she struggles to write but the following are her words: 

Kimberley took her time with me, she was so pleasant and patient. She showed care and empathy and has provided me with equipment that has made my life so much easier. I feel like a new woman and I have so much more confidence.
