(as a service user),

Patient:

I got a Physiotherapist called Anne Marie, she gave me exercises to do next time with a 4kg weight I had knocking about the house. I think people could learn a lot from Anne Marie.

Relative:

Greetings Peace and Joy from our Almighty God be with you all. Have a good and lovely day to everyone.

I'm the wife and a carer of my husband, the person who received help from Community Physiotherapist.

Anne-Marie was my husbands Physiotherapist since Feb 2025 up to  beginning of April 2025.

We are very satisfied of her support. She's very good Physiotherapist, my husband listened to her, and do what she tells him to do for his physical exercise. Ans also she helped the needs of my husband for the chair special or shower chair, toilet surround, frame, pressure relief cushion and cream "medi Derma", all of this very massive help for my husband daily needs.

A massive thank you and appreciated all her support. We are shocked because she told us that today is her last day we could prepare something a thank you of appreciation I suppose. All we can say is Ann-Marie is a very and excellent Physiotherapist.

God Bless her, keep inspiring others who need helps. Respectfully yours.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We have some very inspiring Physiotherapists within Community Therapy and I am so pleased you took the opportunity to feed this back.

I will ensure that Ann Marie receives this wonderful feedback.

God Bless you.
