My husband tried to fill out an econsult at about 2pm yesterday afternoon and the system said it was full and unable to take consultations but to try again another day.

I tried to fill out an econsult today myself for an ongoing gastric condition that isn't sameday urgent but has been going on for sometime and I need advice. Once again although I tried at 1pm the system said it was full as my husband had found the day before. This is very early in the day to say the system is full and clearly there must be an issue with staffing. Given the complete lack of access to non urgent appointments online, with the econsult facility now out of action too, the service to patients is completely unsatisfactory.
