"Receptionist are unreliable "

About: Issa Medical Centre - Patel

Receptionist rings me for something we get disconnected I ring back and they can’t verify who rang me and why they rang me because they fail to lock it down on the computer. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a prescription never received it for three days when I rung them back, they said they had no knowledge. I rang them for 30 minutes whilst I was in the hospital. I came back out of the hospital and I went to the surgery and I stood outside and I rang the surgery. There was three receptionist sat there listening to the telephone ringing but they did not answer the phone When I went inside and I asked for my medication. They said the surgery is closed half day .

why couldn’t they just pick the 400 and say sorry we’re closed. I asked them about my medication and they said they may have missed your prescription that’s what the manager said This Surgery is a laugh. People are complaining. Every person I talk to. They said the receptionist know everything and they do not let you speak very bad attitude.

I couldn’t leave my bike outside because the fear of it being stolen. I brought it in the reception, which was empty and they started shouting at me saying someone could be hurt if the bike fell on them. This morning I got a phone call from the Fulwood department saying that we need to make a review of her prescription appointment and then I got transferred to the deep dale clinic
