(as a carer),

My husband has terminal cancer and was directed to the Clan team in Lanarkshire.  Colin came to house to meet with us and find out what help and support we needed.  Geraldine the complementary therapist visited my husband at home and carried out 4 treatments.  These were extremely beneficial for him and we would like to thank the team.  The follow up is at the Hospice at the outpatients department where they will continue to support us both.

Dear Meqtilly,

I am so sorry to hear about your Husband's diagnosis. I am sure that it has been a very difficult time for you both. It is amazing that in the middle of everything that is happening for you both, that you have taken the time to write a little of your story and share your thoughts about your involvement with St Andrew's Hospice. Thank you very much

I am so glad that you were referred to CLAN and to our Out Patient's service and that you have found it helpful to both of you. Colin, Geraldine and the team always aim to do everything that they can to be of support. They will be really pleased to hear your feedback. You mention continued follow up with Out Patients and I am sure that you will be welcomed warmly and that you will be offered further support there.

At St Andrew's Hospice it is extremely important to us to support the patient but also family who are going through a tough journey along side the patient. Your feedback is important to us and we welcome your thoughts to help us continue to meet your needs and the needs of others that may use our services in the future,
