"Wasn't able to get to appointment"

About: Barnet Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

It took over 3 years for me to be referred for treatment. Eventually, I was given an appointment to see Dr Donnelly at Barnet Hospital, however I wasn't able to get to the appointment because of hospital transport. My GP managed to rearrange an appointment and I was seen as an NRC outpatient for 6 months before becoming a NRC inpatient.
