About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I recently had an Endoscopy at the RAH.  Despite a busy list, staff were available to answer questions, booked in and settled quickly and kept up to date on when I may be taken.  Theatre staff were patient and calming and put me at ease explaining everything that was happening before doing anything.
