I was referred for Pelvic Health Physio by my GP due to issues with prolapse. I had seen a Pelvic Health Physio several years previously due to bladder issues and it hadn’t gone well so I was sceptical.
I saw Ciara who made me feel very comfortable in discussing my issues in detail. I didn’t feel embarrassed to discuss anything. She was very sympathetic and understanding and over the course of 6 months she changed my life. She has provided me with the tools to deal with and improve my symptoms.
Complete game changer for me. I’m extremely grateful. Thank you

Thankyou for taking the time to send in a care opinion. Having pelvic health problems can be very embarrassing to talk about and to live with.
I am delighted that Ciara put you at ease and supported you throughout your physio journey giving you the tools to manage your symptoms.
