"Nothing was too much for them"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

From walking into NTC for my foot procedure, Tracy welcomed me .  The consultation rooms worked really well and organised .  Nice to meet all the theatre, nursing & consultant in private.

Theatre assistance were fantastic and kept me calm and we enjoyed a good chat. All theatre staff were excellent and friendly, even in recovery we had a  joke. Ward staff are fantastic, a big shout out to Nikki & Karen for the support and encouragement.

All the  staff are so friendly and nothing was too much for them . Thank you to Morgan for the care during the night.  Mr Carter & team thank you all for all your support.

Dear Wilson372,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your recent experience within the National Treatment Centre.

I am delighted to hear you felt the single consultation rooms beneficial and that you could speak with all the staff involved in your care in private.

The staff will be delighted to learn that you felt they were fantastic, supportive and gave you encouragement. We appreciate it can be a stressful time coming into hospital and that the staff humour and calm environment made you feel at ease.

We wish you all the best with your ongoing recovery from your foot surgery.

Take Care,

Aileen and the NTC Staff
