This review covers numerous occasion’s where the reception team and doctors on duty have assisted me when it has come to my children’s medication. I have two children that have different conditions that require daily medication.
Through no fault of the surgery I was having difficulty ordering my daughter’s medication. Once explained to the reception team they ensured that the doctor was informed of the prescription I required and the doctor sitter prescription that day and I was able to collect it on time before her current one ran out.
On another occasion the surgery was able to assist me getting my son’s emergency medication on the same day too. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Having two children with different conditions is stressful enough and managing medications in a timely manner takes its toll, and when there was difficulty and untold amount of anxiety on my shoulders, the team really went out of their way to help me ease my stress.
Given the pressure the NHS is under, this surgery always manages to pull through for me. Available on phones and on emails. I really appreciate all that they have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bal
