"A massive support to our family"

The health visitor that was assigned to my granddaughter has been a massive support to our family, especially as I had to go though kinship. My granddaughter was very small and not well at the very start of her wee life and I had the health visitor tortured with worries and concerns. She talked me though everything  and explained  things really well and put me at ease  and made me feel listened to, respected and confident to do the job of kinship I needed to do. She is very  approachable, supportive, reassuring, kind and caring woman. The health visitor has helped with lots of enquiries and put me at ease with any doubts or worries I have had or experienced. She is a fantastic health visitor and person, she also does an amazing job. She is very compassionate and does her job to a top standard.
