"I felt valued and comfortable as a patient"

I recently had a Steroid injection in my right hip at Cannock Hospital.

I was looked after as soon as I arrived on ward, all the staff were excellent and professional from the Receptionist to theatre staff, nurses and doctors. 

I felt valued and comfortable as a patient on the Hollybank ward, explaining to me everything what was going to happen while I was under their care.

I now realise that if I have to go there again,  I will know I've got nothing to worry about at all.
