"Treated with dignity and compassion"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

All the staff were really caring and kind. They explained everything that would happen during my appointment beforehand, and throughout the procedure, and afterwards they went through their findings explaining what would then happen next. They put me at ease and treated me with dignity and great compassion. I cannot thank them enough.

Hi

Thank you so much for taking your time to leave this lovely feedback for our team following your recent visit to Gynaecology outpatients at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we appreciate that this can be such a worrying time for many of our ladies. It is lovely to hear that the team were able to put you at ease and provide you with the care and reassurance you required during your appointment. I will share your kind words with the whole team.

Kind Regards

Tanya Wilson
