We had to take my son to the Children's Ward after an emergency GP appt. The surgery had called ahead and right from arrival, when we bumped into Nurse Auxilliary Elizabeth in the lift and she offered to show us the way, the staff could not have been kinder. Student Nurse Abbie, ANP Karen and Nurse Shannon were calm, communicative and so amazing with my son. I felt 100% confident that I was fully informed about what was happening and the next steps. I cannot fault them, thank you all.
