"Poor practice"

After leaving a rather negative review on this surgery a week ago, I’m forced to follow this up with another.

After waiting for now 2 weeks for results to an ultrasound sound, I was informed yet again the gp has still not reviewed my results and no idea when this is likely to happen. After I had a very heated discussion with the office staff they stated that a referral had been made to edh and I should contact the General Surgery Dept and a contact number was given along with a ubrn no, after spending two days chasing down this dept I was informed that there is nothing on record for my problem and the ubrn no is no assistance to them. I was informed I should wait for a referral from my Gp. So back to the drawing board tomorrow. Can this Surgery possibly get any worse, this is so unprofessional.

Does no one vet these negative reviews because no one has ever got back to.
