I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent, efficient care I received through the Phone First Service, ED x-ray and the Minor Injuries team.
The phone first call handler Breda had a lovely manner. Dr Kennedy at Phone First took a thorough history and was really helpful in organising an appointment that suited me.
Lisa the Nurse Practitioner in Minor injuries did a great job treating my injury and giving clear advice on how to manage my injury as well as giving me all I needed to treat my wound.
Thank you to ED X-ray team also - kind, friendly and professional. I was seen on time and on my way home within 30 minutes.
