"The care I received was outstanding"

I had been waiting around 18 months for a 2 week fast track it was fine I took it as there are people that need care more than me. I arrived saw a year 3 med student to give medical history. She was lovely along with the 2 nurses who asked permission first. I went in to see the consultant from that moment on I felt at ease. I was apologised too for my appointment taking so long. Every step of the hysteroscopy was explained. The 4 lovely ladies that were there were amazing. The care I received was outstanding. Just for the record I'm really not good in hospitals. So this experience made me feel comfortable they listened to me and spoke to me in a kind caring manner. Sorry I've forgot the ladies names but would like to say thank you to all 4 of them.
