About: Learning Disability Community Services / Day Opportunities

(as a relative),

I watched my sister and a group of her peers perform an amazing, joyful and uplifting show today at Antrim Court House, with the support of My Way, these adults put on a fabulous show of singing and dancing. It was well worth attending, everyone in the audience was so proud of their relative who was performing. As a family we are so grateful to the staff for facilitating and nurturing the talents of my sister and her peers to show their full potential.

Ah "Proud Sister" wasn't the "Space Vibes" show wonderful; I was very pleased to be there too and great we have contracted with May We to deliver this performing arts service in Ballymena and Antrim. We have 3 performing arts services now within our Day Opportunities Service and another about to open in June in Moneymore. The skills and confidence which these services generate are very important but ultimately the fun; enjoyment and craic the performers all have is what its all about; and what great talent!

Great as a sister you were there to support this and thank you for your kind feedback

Garth Anderson (Head of Service; Day Opportunities)
