"Ealing community diagnostic centre"

About: Ealing Hospital

I attended Ealing community diagnostic centre for my 84 year old mum to have a ct scan. The two lovely nurses who attended to my mum were very patient, kind & gentle and put my mum at ease. The radiographers were also very calm and patient. My mum unfortunately has dementia, she tends to get anxious and scared in hospital environments, however the department was calm and very efficient. Thank you

Dear Service User,

Thank you so much for sharing your kind words about your experience at the Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre. We’re truly heartened to hear that our nurses and radiographers were able to make your mum feel comfortable and cared for during her CT scan. We understand how challenging hospital visits can be, especially for patients with dementia, so it is wonderful to know that the team’s patience and gentleness made a positive difference.

We will make sure your feedback is shared with the staff – it will mean a great deal to them.

Wishing you and your mum all the very best.

Best wishes,

Leanne Fernandes
