Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts.

I am very proud of my team and their diligence towards being both professional and respectful when supporting people in their own homes. It is wonderful to learn that whilst providing individualised, holistic care to their allocated caseload, that staff recognise an evolving clinical scene and supports accordingly.

It is always greatly appreciated by both the Trust and our employees, when patients or carers who have had a positive experience take the time to express this in writing. All feedback is recorded to enable us to offer a balanced report that we can draw learning from regarding the patient’s experience of our services.
