(as the patient),

The nurse who was in Room6  was amazing. She talked me through everything. I felt so supported as this was my first time getting an oral physical examination. Loved her. I also really loved the student who was in the room who appeared  non judgmental. Amazing experience. Thank you so much.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
