"I can't praise them enough"

About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as the patient),

I had called 999 and the Paramedics came out. They felt that I needed to go into hospital, but they didn't have any beds available. Instead they got the frailty team out within the hour.

They were brilliant. They came out the week after a few times. They got me to a point where I was no longer frightened.

I let them know I was feeling better and they signed me off, but let me know I could contact them if needed.

I just want to thank them all, and I can't praise them enough.
