The staff are very friendly and conscientious, and they look after you very well. I even have email correspondence with one of the consultants which is great. I have nothing but praise for the whole team.

My appointments are all in the mornings which is very convenient.

Car parking is always a bit of an issue at Ninewells but we have never had to wait too long. My wife and I deliberately park in one of the furthest away car parks so that we can get our 10,000 steps done for the day!

Everything has gone well so far. People get back to me very quickly and I don’t have any complaints. I can’t think of any improvements they could make either. It seems to me the system works very well.

My name is Jenna-one of the therapeutic radiographers in the radiotherapy team. Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments for us. I am glad you found the staff to be friendly and conscientious and that we were able to give you appointment times that worked for you.

The car park can be very difficult and I'm really sorry that you felt like the best way for you and your wife to handle it was to park elsewhere and walk-not ideal but good in a way to get in your steps as you mentioned. We are frequently passing these comments regarding the car park onto our Head of Radiotherapy services who then takes them to further meetings to highlight the issue.

Hi Jenna

Thanks for taking the time to respond. The decision to park in the main car park is clearly ours, as we are both keen to keep our steps up. No worries.

Keep up the good work. It seems you have a very good, knowledgeable, and very caring team. It certainly makes a difference to people like me.
