I attended an appt with ophthalmology consultant Ms McNally. She was excellent, very thorough and explained everything very well.

The receptionist Emma was very good when I checked in, checking all my details. The nurse Shelley (I think) who did the testing was lovely and again explained exactly what she was doing and why.

I also had photos taken on the day and Brian and the technician were very professional, explained what was happening and what they needed to see.

The environment was clean and tidy, the waiting times were not long and every member of staff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
