Just wanted to thank the whole paediatric team for their excellent care of my young son. So patient with a very emotional and grumpy toddler - handing out stickers, helping to carry bags/push prams, playing with him and reassuring me.
Clear, kind, useful advice and true care for patients despite clearly working extremely hard and under pressure.
Really appreciate this time and effort. Thank you!
