"Made the day bearable"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Acute Receiving Unit (Ward 2c)

(as a parent/guardian),

We had our third stay in three weeks with our 2 year old. The housekeeping team were so helpful. In particular, Jim on 2C of QEH went out of his way to entertain my son.

Dear Slimbo02

Thank you so much for sharing your experience on Care Opinion. We’re sorry to hear that your little one needed to stay in hospital multiple times recently — that must have been a challenging few weeks for your family.

It’s heartening to know that the housekeeping team, and especially Jim on Ward 2C at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, helped make things a bit easier. We'll make sure Jim and the team hear your kind words — it means a lot to them to know their efforts made a difference, especially for our youngest patients.

Wishing your child a smooth and steady recovery, and thank you again for taking the time to share your appreciation it really does mean a lot to the staff.

Kind regards

Kevin
